In order to submit a show for playback, you must first be a Certified Program Provider with the CMC, see Get Started for more information on how to become certified.
Steps for One-Time Programs:
- Submit a Playback Application
- When you receive an email, set-up your account with ExaVault and upload your program
- We will confirm with you what time your program will air on Comcast and AT&T, it will also be available on our on demand website and YouTube channel
Steps for Series Programs:
- Have three episodes of your program ready for air and a plan to continue producing at least one new episode monthly
- Submit a Playback Application
- When you receive an email, set-up your account with ExaVault
- Upload the episodes to your ExaVault account and submit an Episode Playback form for each episode
- We will confirm with you what time your program will air on Comcast and AT&T, it will also be available on our on demand website and YouTube channel
Important Rules:
- Programs cannot contain commercial content
- You are liable for your program’s content
- Single programs can be up to two hours in length
- Series programs must conform to the following lengths: 26 – 29 minutes, 56 – 59 minutes, 86 – 89 minutes or 116 – 119 minutes
- You may only have two series in rotation at a time, but may submit single programs that are clearly different than their series in content, title and length
- You must list your name in a program credit not less than five seconds in length, displayed in a legible font
- Any program made with CMC equipment or at CMC’s studio must credit CMC at the end of each episode
- You must submit your program at least five days before the air date
